I think I may have travelled the furthest (from Florida) had I had a great time at Mandello.
While I was there, Hurricane Irma visited my house...... Fortunately all is OK (including the Griso). Met many people: Marshal of course, and Ortigia, Nino, Flavio, BB and others I can't recall - I should not try to drink with Italian Bravi ! Yes, there was rain: but a wet Guzzi Factory was still more interesting than a sunny Ducati Factory (and they wouldn't let me take photographs). Thanks to the Marshall for making me an 'Honorary Bravi' for the week. I plan to be back in 2021 for the 100th. Jeremy Attached is our equivalent - Bike Week. Can you spot the ONLY Italian bike in a sea of Harleys ??  |
